Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 1 April 2026 and ends on 1 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to availability. Participation is on a first come, first served basis, with limited spots available. The Promoter reserves the right to open and close the promotion at its discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten or modify the Promotion Period at its discretion.

Eligibility
To be eligible, venues must be a licensed on-premise venue located in Australia (e.g. bar, pub, restaurant, hotel), have a valid ABN, be supplied by an authorised Monkey Shoulder distributor, submit a complete entry via the official campaign submission form, and must not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of the Promoter, its agencies, or participating distributors.

Offer
Eligible venues will receive a $300 (AUD) once-off marketing support payment for adding Monkey Shoulder cocktail(s) to their menu (as per clause 5) and maintaining the cocktail(s) on the menu for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. The offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash beyond the stated payment.

Participation Requirements
To qualify for payment, venues must list a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) Monkey Shoulder cocktails on their menu. The first cocktail must be a Monkey Shoulder Old Fashioned. Monkey Shoulder must be clearly displayed as the base spirit for each cocktail. The cocktail(s) must remain on the menu for a minimum of 30 days with a defined go-live and end date. The cocktail(s) must be genuinely available for purchase by consumers during the stated period.

POS & Materials
Participating venues may receive up to 20 A6 branded menu cards and 20 gold clips per venue. POS quantities are capped and subject to availability and are intended for use in-venue only as part of this promotion. Menus and POS materials may take up to 15 business days to be produced and delivered.

Submission Requirements
To be eligible for payment, venues must submit a completed campaign submission form (all mandatory fields), a valid ABN, and a tax invoice (PDF) including venue header details (legal business name, ABN, and address) or bank details for EFT payment. Incomplete submissions will be deemed invalid.

Payment Terms
The $300 payment will be made only after approval of a valid submission. Payment will be processed via distributor credit or direct EFT upon receipt of a valid invoice. Payments may take up to 30 days from approval to process. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment where fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

Compliance & Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all submissions and supporting documentation, conduct in-venue checks where required, and reject any claim that does not meet the campaign requirements. Venues found to be non-compliant, including early removal of the cocktail(s) before the 30-day minimum, may have payments withheld or reclaimed. The venue must have the Monkey Shoulder cocktail(s) available on menu at the time of verification.

Privacy
The Promoter collects personal and business information from participating venues for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including verification, communication, and payment processing. This information may be disclosed to related entities and third parties, including contractors, agents, distributors, and service providers, to assist in conducting this Promotion, and where required by law. By participating, entrants consent to receive email or SMS communications from the Promoter where such communications relate primarily to the administration of this Promotion. If requested information is not provided, the entrant may be ineligible to participate or receive payment under this Promotion. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.williamgrant.com/privacy-policy/) includes information about how an entrant can access and correct their personal information and how to lodge a complaint regarding a privacy breach. All personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and will be securely deleted or de-identified once the $300 payment has been processed and fulfilled, and will not be retained for ongoing marketing purposes.

Limits
Limit of one (1) claim per venue. Each venue may submit once only. The promotion is capped and may close once all allocated spots are filled.

General
Participation in this Promotion must comply with all applicable liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, late, or lost submissions. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from participation in this Promotion and venues should seek independent financial advice if required.
